Inside your routine

What you actually get

A weekly structure that fits

Sessions arranged around the days and minutes you actually have, with a plan B for the week that falls apart.

Exercise selection and progression

Sets, reps and how to progress each movement — plus regressions when something hurts.

Equipment-free options throughout

Every plan can run with no equipment at all if that is what you have.

Mobility where you need it

Targeted work for hips, shoulders, ankles or back rather than a generic stretch list.

Every fitness & movement routine is generated from your own intake — goals, biology, budget and preferences. Start your intake or read how credits and usage work before you subscribe.

Gear only when gear helps

Aura recommends equipment sparingly and always shows the bodyweight version first, because most people quit before the purchase pays off.

Pain is a hand-off, not a modification

Sharp, radiating or persistent pain routes you to a physical therapist or physician instead of a substitution exercise.

Progress you can see

Log sessions and check-ins, and Aura shows what improved over the last month.

Questions

Do I need a gym membership?
No. Every Aura plan can be run equipment-free at home, and gym-based versions are offered only if you say you have access.
Is Aura fitness guidance medical advice?
No. Aura is an educational product-recommendation service. It cross-references clinical sources such as Mayo Clinic, MedlinePlus and the AAD, and it flags when a licensed provider is the right next step — but it does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
How much does Aura cost?
Aura is $29 per month, or $199 per year. One membership covers all ten areas, includes 60 credits a month, and can be cancelled at any time.
Do you earn commission on the products you recommend?
No. Essence takes no brand money, sponsorships, or commission. Products are ranked by fit to your inputs, and your subscription is our only revenue.
