How usage works

Your subscription includes 60 credits every month. A recommendation = 1 credit; a Nutrition or Fitness plan = 2 credits; adjusting or re-asking about a result you already got = free. Credits refill each billing period and don’t roll over. You are never charged automatically for usage. If you run out early, new requests simply pause until your credits reset — unless you choose a one-time top-up: $9.99 for 40, $19.99 for 100, or $100 for 1000 credits. Top-ups are a one-time charge you confirm yourself, never auto-renew, and carry over until you use them. Cancel anytime, for free — no usage bills, ever.
